On Terrorism and the Demise of a Tyrant

Much is being written on how Christians should respond to the death of Osama Bin Laden. With the national press of Americans celebrating as much as they were shown to be on the night of the big announcement (Sunday, May 1st), just so happened to be my birthday as well, it stirred within many and caused some to think if that knee-jerk response to do that was really all that appropriate. No one can blame Americans and people all the over the world for celebrating. A major player in global terrorism is now passed, but I highly doubt that will be the end. This day scripture reminds us " We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of the evil in heavenly places " (Ephesians 6:12).
